Resolution
This error indicates that the Connector has attempted to access Salesforce too many times with invalid credentials.
- Stop any Solutions/Apps that use the Salesforce Connection and temporarily disable them.
- Wait 15-20 minutes until the lock times out.
- Log into Salesforce and verify that you have the correct credentials.
- Update the Salesforce Connection in TIBCO Scribe Online and test it.
- Enable Solutions/Apps that use the Salesforce Connection.
