How to resolve the situation where your Salesforce organization is locked.
Resolution
This error indicates that the Connector has attempted to access Salesforce too many times with invalid credentials.
Stop any Solutions/Apps that use the Salesforce Connection and temporarily disable them.
Wait 15-20 minutes until the lock times out.
Log into Salesforce and verify that you have the correct credentials.
Update the Salesforce Connection in TIBCO Scribe Online and test it.
Enable Solutions/Apps that use the Salesforce Connection.
