Issue: The maximum number of TIBCO Scribe® Online on-premise agents that can be installed on a single Windows server is "128" and the error below will occur during the installation process, if the limit has been exceeded.
Error: The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2755.
Issue/Introduction
During installation, TIBCO Scribe® Online On-premise agents errors out and will not install a new agent when the maximum number of agents (128) that can be installed on a single Windows server has been reached.

Resolution
1. Remove/uninstall some agents on the current server via Windows control panel that are not being used (to get below the limit of 128), then proceed with installing the on-premise agent again.
2. Alternatively, reach out to your IT team to spin up a new server or install the on-premise agent on a different server.
