TIBCO is officially ending support for the following product versions:

TIBCO Silver® Fabric 5.5.0, 5.5.1, 5.6.0, 5.7.0 and 5.7.1.

This action will take effect on April 30, 2023 (04/30/203). The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months starting from May 01, 2022 (05/01/2022), TIBCO's support team will continue to answer product questions on TIBCO Silver® Fabric 5.5.0, 5.5.1, 5.6.0, 5.7.0 and 5.7.1 versions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.

After April 30, 2023 (04/30/2023) we will stop accepting cases on versions 5.5.0, 5.5.1, 5.6.0, 5.7.0 and 5.7.1 of TIBCO Silver® Fabric. Any cases under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, April 30, 2023 (04/30/203). Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base and all hotfixes on the versions we are retiring will continue to be available on our support portal (support.tibco.com) to all customers beyond the retirement date.
