Closed Issues in Silver Fabric 5.5.1 HF-8 (This Release)
SF-9944 (customer reported as SR 739902)
Fixes an issue that prevents a Broker from allocating TIBCO Enterprise Message 
Service Component 2.1.0.2 when it cannot find a Grid Library.

This hot fix can be downloaded directly from the SFDC Customer Portal Web UI.
1] Customers should login to SFDC Customer Portal Web UI. TIBCO customers use their Support CRM  credentials to access SFDC Customer Portal Web UI.  Their username is their email address.

2] Navigate to Customer Portal Home, Click on the 'Downloads' drop down menu -->Select Hotfixes

3] The Hotfix is stored under Available Downloads / <Product Name>/ <Product Version>/hotfix-<Version>

Example: To download TIB_silver_fabric_5.5.1_HF-8.zip , customer can locate the hotfix under Available Downloads/Silver/Fabric/5.5.1/
