The hotfix is available for download from the TIBCO Support Portal - https://support.tibco.com.
Once logged in using your TIBCO Account, you can access hotfixes under the Download menu > Hotfixes > AvailableDownloads > Spotfire
NOTES
Note that all Spotfire hotfixes are cumulative, so this hotfix also contains the fixes from all previous TIBCO Spotfire 7.6.x hotfixes.

TS-51335 - When using a Spotfire database with character set 'JA16SJISTILDE', MATLAB and SAS options in Register data function dialog are not shown.
TS-51483 - Progress tab in notifications dialog leaks window handles, and can cause application to crash when running out of handles.
TS-51753 - Tags Panel can be frozen with graphical artifacts when switching between windows on Windows 7.
TSWP-11902 - Some threads can hang when analyses are refreshed by Scheduled Updates, leading to increased CPU and memory usage.
TSWP-11896 - Under certain conditions, for example extremely high load or memory usage, no MemoryStatusChangedMonitoringEvents will be sent which means that the TIBCO Spotfire Server may not show the correct health state (Exhausted/Strained/Ok).
TSWP-11856 - Changed QueryCacheEntryMaxAge default value to 24 hours rather than infinity as it was before, to prevent strained service instances affecting routing.
TSWP-11868 - A memory leak may occur in certain circumstances when using Scheduled Updates and Library sbdf caching.
