Description
The Action logs collect user actions from the Spotfire system which is useful for auditing, monitoring, or investigation purposes (see "Action logs and system monitoring" reference for more details). After enabling the Action Logging, you might still be missing events from the Spotfire clients like TIBCO Spotfire Analyst, Web Player and Automation Services. These events have categories ending in "_pro" for Spotfire Analyst, "_wp" for the Spotfire Web Player, and "_as" for Automation Services. For example: analysis_as, analysis_pro, and analysis_wp (See "Action log categories" reference for a complete list).
This article describes why those are missing and what steps to take to get those enabled.
