The hotfix is available for download from the TIBCO Support Portal - https://support.tibco.com.
Once logged in using your TIBCO Account, you can access hotfixes under the Download menu > Hotfixes.
In the Hotfixes page, this particular hotfix can be found under AvailableDownloads/Spotfire/Connectors_for_TIBCOSpotfire_7.5/4.5.0/hotfix-008
