Listed below is a summary of the issue(s) that have been addressed in this release:

TSS-19815 - set-license command failed to recognize some license functions.
TSS-19920 - Due to caching in Internet Explorer an incorrect language may be presented when switching language preference if language packs are deployed.
TSS-19916 - Unnecessary scheduled update failed activity when decreasing rule instance count.
TSS-19914 - Unnecessary failed activity "No web client instances available in selected resource pool(s)".
TSS-19958 - When using multiple schedules, the server may erroneously issue a load analysis request at the end of the schedule.
TSS-19961 - Rule is never loaded after it fails to load for the first time on an exhausted instance even after the service becomes available.
TSS-20030 - Possible database locks issue in LIB_ITEMS table under heavy load.
TSS-20069 - Keep Me logged in doesn't work in Internet Explorer.
