The hotfix is available for download from the TIBCO Support Portal - https://support.tibco.com.
Once logged in using your TIBCO Account, you can access hotfixes under the Download menu > Hotfixes > AvailableDownloads > Spotfire
NOTES
Note that all Spotfire hotfixes are cumulative, so this hotfix also contains the fixes from all previous TIBCO Spotfire Server 7.8.x hotfixes.
