Resolution
- Launch Windows registry, Start > Run > Regedit and navigate to path : [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP] "Start"=dword:00000004 is "disabled" - To enable this service change the value of "Start" to "dword:00000003" - Restart the machine/server for the above registry changes to take effect.
