Description

When browsing the TIBCO Spotfire library through the TIBCO Spotfire Server Library Browser web interface, even though users may have Browse + Access permissions to a given library folder which contains analysis files, the users may still not see any contents of the library folders:

Issue/Introduction

Web Users unable to browse library folder content in Web Player.

Resolution

To resolve, make sure that the user group has at least the "TIBCO Spotfire Consumer" or "TIBCO Spotfire Business Author" license enabled, as well as the "TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player > Open from Library" license. The licenses can be set from the TIBCO Spotfire Analyst Client > Tools > Administration Manager > Groups and Licenses.
