You can download Hotfix #2 from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI (https://support.tibco.com).
Log in using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page.

  Select hotfix-2

You should then be able to see and download the files.

Closed Issues in 2.12.0 hotfix#2 (This Release)

  

  SSES-1659 - Critical

  When Substation ES uses the CICS interface, when Substation ES starts,
  and there is no TIBCO HUB running on the same LPAR as the CICS interface,
  the CICS   region will report multiple of SXG_SMF debug messages.
  This has been fixed to show only SXG2702W message only when CICS interface
  has been configured with TRCLVL-ONL set to 4 and above.  


  SSES-1658 - Critical IMS

  Excluded the fixes from in SSES-1656 for IMS Interface services.
