You can download Hotfix #4 from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI (https://support.tibco.com).
Log in using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page.

Defect corrections:

  SSES-1750 - Medium
  
  When XCF or EXCI runs out of sessions, error messages are misleading
  Corrected messages displaying information.


  SSES-1748 - High
  
  At Substation ES S startup sometime it gets the following messages SXG1420E,
  SXG1421E and SXS2017E. This will stop a CICS interface from starting.
  This timing or race condition has now been fixed.


  SSES-1736 - Critical
  
  Fixed the inbound threads of the RED CICS interface where it fails to pass
  the transaction to the EIB of the BES.


  SSES-1729 - Low
  
  Corrected some messages displaying information from #RED transactions.
