Log in using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web page.

  Select Download
  Select Hotfixes
  Select AvailableDownloads
  Select Mainframe
  Select Substation
  Select 2.13.0
  Select hotfix-2

You should then be able to see and download the files.

Closed issues in Hotfix #2:

SSES-1941 - Critical

  When using MOR-0 recipes, UoW will not be reused.
  An issue when normally doing a CICS / IMS recipe that has a MOR of 0, will encounter this issue.
  This issue has now been resolved.
 
  SSES-1940 - RV High

  Potentially you may experience high CPU usage when using RV Vectors and not providing the correct LE User Options.
  We have now provided an option where you can switch back using the standard RV dispatcher queue input.
  VECTORS-YN = Y will use the vectors. The default is Y (Yes).
  Issue is resolved.
