Description

I ordered Statistica and my order went through but I can't find my license keys?  How can this be resolved?

After logging into the TIBCO eDelivery site to download the Statistica installers, the following message is displayed: 

No keys to display

 



Cause: Statistica license files are not available through the support portal.  Statistica license files are issued from the Statistica registration server either during or after installation.  See How Statistica licensing and registration works

Issue/Introduction

TIBCO eDelivery site displays "My License Keys: There are no items to display" message. The install keys are sent from fulfillment group only and will not be displayed here.

Resolution

When a Statistica order completes, TIBCO Fulfillment will email installation keys (from fulfillment@tibco.com)  within 24 hours after the order is completed.  Check the your SPAM folder or have your IT check any SPAM system for an email from fulfillment@tibco.com.  

Once the installation keys have been received, use the install keys to install Statistica.  During the installation, registration is required (name, email, etc).  The registration information is used to register for the full license file via the TIBCO Statistica registration server. Select "Automatic" to register automatically, which typically takes just a few seconds.
