When the value of the IDLE_TIME setting for the Oracle database was exceeded, the RPC_TCP_LI process crashed. As a result, iProcess Engine was not able to connect to the database which led to iProcess Workspace (Windows) losing connectivity with iProcess Engine.
This issue has been fixed by adding a DB_KEEP_ALIVE_REFRESH process attribute parameter to iProcess Engine which maintains connection to the database.
