The Unlock Workitem option does not work in a UTF-8 enabled iProcess Engine instance. As a result, the iProcess Objects Server returns the "item not found" error.

Environment
This hotfix applies to TIBCO iProcess Engine 11.6.1 running on the
following platforms and databases:
Supported Platforms
IBM AIX
7.1 64-bit on pSeries
Database
Oracle Database 11g 11.2.x
Oracle Client must be 12.1.0.2 and the minimum database
server version supported is 11.2.0.4.
Oracle Database 12c 12.1.x (Oracle Client must be 12.1.0.2)
Resolution
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
Once logged on the hotfix can be found under the Downloads Menu: AvailableDownloads/iProcess/engine/11.6.1/hotfix008
