When memory consumption increases, user cannot connect to the server and the server must be rebooted.

Note: 1. Open Component Services (run dcomcnfg). 2. Go to Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> Running Processes -> Staffware Events64. 3. Right click 'Staffware Events64'. 4. Resolution
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Customer Portal Web UI (https://support.tibco.com), using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web.
