Getting error message during startup:

"Failed to start the server.  Please check that the server is properly installed and that there is no other server started which may be listening on the same port."

Resolution

This is a generic error message. If no other programs are listening on the specified port, it may be due to a configuration issue. Confirm that all configuration steps required for use of an open-source R engine have been met, such as installing rJava. Refer to the instructions in the attached file (Filename: TSSS_localadapter_7.5.0_readme.txt).
