Description
When using an incorrect URL to navigate to TIBCO Scribe® Online Production (app.scribesoft.com) or Sandbox (app-sandbox.scribesoft.com), the following error may be presented when navigating around the UI "The Organization has no IP ranges specified for API access. (Your IP Address: xx.xxx.xx.xxx)"
Issue/Introduction
Receiving The Organization has no IP ranges specified for API access error within the TIBCO Scribe® Online UI due to invalid URL.
Resolution
If presented with this error verify that the correct URL is being used to access TIBCO Scribe® Online, which would be either app.scribsoft.com or app-sandbox.scribesoft.com. The user may be using an invalid URL like the example below, which will cause the error.
