Description
If you upgrade directly from an ActiveMatrix BPM version 2.2 system to version
4.1.0.x, the <CONFIG_HOME>\bpm\<BPM_APP_NAME>\configuration\ folder does not
contain the RESTServiceConfig.properties file. You must add this file manually.
Note:
* 4.1.0.x means version 4.1.0 with any 4.1.0 Hotfix applied.
* <CONFIG_HOME> and <BPM_APP_NAME> have values that are specific to your
installation.
