Note: For TIBCO Streaming versions 10.x and later, instead use the epadmin command create snapshot to obtain equivalent information.
The sbhealth utility gathers installation and machine environment data into a report to aid Support in troubleshooting product issues. The output is a plain-text file which may be inspected before sending to Support. It does not intentionally collect any sensitive user data. It does not attempt to discover or interact with any running StreamBase server (sbd-java) process, so may be run on a production system.
To run sbhealth on Windows:
To run sbhealth on Unix/Linux/Solaris:
Send the sbhealth.log file as an email attachment to your message to support@streamabse.com.

Typical output with no options looks like this:

- Run:
sbhealth >sbhealth.log 2>&1
To run sbhealth on Unix/Linux/Solaris:
- Open a terminal window
- Run:
eval `sb-config --env`
sbhealth >sbhealth.log 2>&1

Options
The command line options are:
-a : print all information (default)
-b : print a brief summary of information
-h : print usage and exit
-l : print StreamBase log entries
-L : List all installed files
-F : List all installed files, including docs
-n : List some .NET registry info
-m : List the native assembly cache
-d : print Dr Watson log
-e : print environment variables in current shell
-o path : redirect output to path
-p program_string : program name to look for in event log or Dr Watson log. Multiple -p may be used
-w date_string : dump Dr Watson log for entries that contain date_string in their "When:" clause
--version : display the version of sbhealth.exe
-b : print a brief summary of information
