The Staffware Events COM+ application is not present in the list of COM+ applications
(Administrative Tools -> Components -> My Computer -> COM+ Applications)
The iProcess engine is unable to start as events do not work.

Resolution
The file staffwarecom.zip is attached to this article.
Download the zip file and extract the contents on the iProcess server.
Right click on the staffwarecom.MSI and select “Install”
Logout / in – the Staffware events should be available in the COM+ complements.
The stafwarecom.MSI should be installed by the iProcess IPEINSTALL user – this user must be a member of the local Administrator’s group.
