TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 6.3.1 TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 6.3.2 TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for sFTP 6.1.0

That is because sFTP plugin does p2 provisioning for "com.tibco.bw.tools.feature.feature.group" and mismatching of the libraries.

Install TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in for sFTP 6.1.1 before upgrading from BW 6.3.1 in which ‘p2 provisioning error’ has been fixed.
