Customer do not find the tibemsadmin utility in the server installation package TIB_ems_8.5.1_linux_x86_64-server.tar.gz.

The tibemsadmin utility is a EMS client developed using C, so it is included in the below files.
TIB_ems_8.5.1_linux-x86_64-c_dotnet_client.tar.gz
TIB_ems_8.5.1_linux-x86_64-c_dotnet_client.rpm
