Resolution:
Remove any reference to the fully qualified host name in $IC_HOME/config/
current.cfg and $IC_HOME/IcServer.cfg. Replace in all *HOST fields entries
such as Gershwin@Inconcert.com with the host name Gershwin. In the second field
of $IC_HOME/IcServers change the fully qualified host name to only the host
name. At this point just set all the environmental variables and run IcStart. You do not
need to go back to IcInstall
