Resolution:
Make sure your client information is properly specified, either through the
IC_CLIENT environment variable or the -icclient command-line argument. When
you first install InConcert, the only user is "icdba" with password "icdba". Later, you may create additional users through the IcBatchRegistry.
If you need to determine what users are currently registered, and you can't run the Batch Registry, you could connect directly to the database and issue the SQL command "SELECT * FROM USERS".
NOTE icadmin is never created as an Inconcert user in the installation script. Icadmin is only an UNIX or NT user unless the customer creats him as a user of InConcert.
