Description: The person installing did not run pcguiupg.btg script and others in the Batch Registry during installation or if on a UNIX server before 3.5 did not run IcPostUpgrade.
Run the pcguiupg.btg script and the others batch scripts, either on the PC or on Unix. See Installation Guide or Upgrade Notes
