Description
Resolution:
Use the Batch Registry to create a pool of the same name as the user and add the user to the pool. For example it is not sufficient to create a user 'Joe' and put him in a pool named 'Approver'. He must also be in a pool named 'Joe'. If 'Joe' does not use the PC GUI but uses a custom built application then the pool as the same name of the user is not required.
