Description
Resolution: Description: When running an IcJava application in local mode (directly loading the library, not using the IcJavaDaemon) with certain web servers an exception may be thrown as follows: "File system error: No such file or direcotry."
This problem was noticed when using NetDynamicss, although the problem may occur with other web servers. It appears the problem is the application server fighting for resources with IcJava. The solution is to run using the IcJavaDaemon.
This problem could also be caused by too low of file handles either system wide or on a per shell basis on UNIX. This will cause TIBCO Rendezvous to get this error. See also solution: 1-OFCN
