Resolution:
The include files statnos.h and statanos.h contain all most all of the InConcert defined error messages.
These files are attached to this solution.
However, such errors as DBMS and FIle System are defined by that provider of that subsystem.
The LDAP include file for errors is also included.
Note by calling IcStatus.translate() function you should get the same results.
