Description: 604 error translates to:
//"error occurred at recursive SQL level %s"
// *Cause: An error occurred while processing a recursive SQL statement
// (a statement applying to internal dictionary tables).
// *Action: If the situation described in the next error on the stack
// can be corrected, do so; otherwise contact Oracle Support.
InConcert clients report DBMS error 604 when running with Oracle.
Restarting the DataBase will probably fix the problem. If not try setting open_cursors to 255 or above in the init<oracle_sid>.ora file and restart the database. It is less clear how effective changing open_cursors is.
If none of this work then have the customer call Oracle Technical Support.
