Resolution:
The "_RVCM.SEARCH" message is an internal certified messaging protocol message. "_RVCM.>" messages are exchanged at start-up, termination, and loss recovery situations.
Protocol messages begin with "_" and have a subsystem tag (RVCM, RVFT, etc.) immediately following. These can and do change and are used by the underlying subsystems for internal purposes, hence they are deliberately not documented.
It is not safe to write code to these protocol messages since they are subject to change. However, TIBCO Support may ask customers to capture this data via a tibrvlisten so that TIBCO Engineering can check the internal functioning of the software.

Advisory messages are in the form of,
_RV.{INFO|WARN|ERROR}.<SUBSYSTEM>.<ADVISORY>
with the fields documented in the appendix of the TIBCO Rendezvous Concepts Manual. You can safely write code that responds to these documented advisories.
