Resolution:
Please follow these steps after you have installed BW 2.0 and confirmed the installation was successful:
1. Install File Adapter (4.1 or 4.2) as stand alone.
2. Run the 'domainutility.exe' from <tra installation directory>\1.0\tools\bin\
3. You have to join the machine to the Domain first.
4. Select 'Join any TIBCO component to domain'
5. Select the File Adapter from the list of components.
6. Finish.
You should now be able to see the File Adapter component from within the TIBCO BusinessWorks Administrator.
