In the BC Audit log viewer, if I try to cancel some pending transaction by clicking the "Cancel" hyperlink, I see "Cannot terminate Job, Missing IM Subject Prefix Property" error message in the configuration server. How do I correct this?

Resolution:
When you click on "Cancel transaction", the Configuration server publishes an RV message to the BC engine on %IM_SUBJECT_PREFIX%.<installation name>.hubEngine.Request.all, and a "kill" is executed on the Job ID of the particular transaction.
If "bc.im.subjectPrefix" property is not being passed to the Configserver (runConfigServer.bat/sh) then you will get the above error.
Solution: check if IM_SUBJ_PREFIX variable has been set correctly in <BC_HOME>/im/bin/im_env file as this value is passed to the property "bc.im.subjectPrefix" in the Configserver startup script.
