Resolution:
You would need to set the following properties:
- <BC>/bin/BCMiscProperties.cfg
1] Comment out line specifying property Config.Primary.HawkServiceAgent.Hawk.ListenAddr
2] Uncomment line specifying property Engine.HawkMonitor, and set it's value to True.
3] Config.Primary.HawkServiceAgent.WFServerAgent.Service.Name: BCServer
4] Config.Primary.HawkServiceAgent.EngineAgent.Service.Name: BCEngine
- check hawk session parameters below in <BC>/im/bin/Properties.cfg
1] Bus.Hawk.Host
2] Bus.Hawk.Port
3] Bus.Hawk.Service
4] Bus.Hawk.Network
5] Bus.Hawk.Debug
