Resolution:
In the configuration gui->Protocol Editor->Protocol->operation name
- select validation mode by specifying, XSD or DTD in the field "Validation Mode"
- specify the url for the local schema file on your file system, like "
file:///c:\\mydir\myschema.xsd"
