Description
Resolution: This error usually occurs when the TIB/Hawk Display is accessing a TIB/Hawk agent over a slow or congested link. To solve this problem, you can:
-Find out why the TIB/Rendezvous traffic to that agent is slow (perhaps there is a communications error). For example, do a "traceroute" on a unix environment to get more information.
-Copy the rulebase file outside of the TIB/Hawk Display.
