Resolution:
If you turn off the automatic confirmation of message delivery, you will not be able to revert to automatic confirmation at a later stage in your program. Also, subscribers must assume the responsibility of explicitly confirming each inbound certified message. Failing to confirm messages will cause the publisher's ledger file to grow.
