Description
Resolution: To create an input schema from any IDOC you would use the tools (e.g. the metadata adapter) provided in the TIBCO SAP R3 adapter product to generate an XML file from the IDOC. Please see the R3 Adapter documentation for further information on the R3 adapter configuration tool.
Once you have the XML file you can make the file accessible to the TIB/Repository product. (e.g. you place it in the /bin directory of the repository installation). Then start the repository server. Note the discovery subject listed in the server.ini file (e.g. tibcr.disc) for future reference. The TIB/Repository documentation should have more information on repository specifics.
Then in the Message Broker schema editor (input schema), you choose the Load--> File --> Repository Schema. When prompted for the repository subject, enter the value supplied to subject field in the Repository server.ini file (e.g. tibcr.disc). You should then see the list of xml files/schemas available in this repository, one of which should be your recently generated "IDOC" XML file. Click on this to see the structure in the window on the right. Then click add to see the complete schema appear in the schema editor.
