Binds or transfers are used to take data from a message and place it in the Job. If you bind a message, or sub-message to an attribute of the job then it will be placed on that attribute as a tree of data. If that part of the Job is restricted by a class definition (under the "instance" attribute) then the best attempt will be made to put then message in to match the class fields. If that is not possible then an error will occur.
