Resolution:
If the name of the custom IDOC appears last on the list of IDOCS when arranged alphabetically, then in 2.x adapter we have identified a bug wherein the name of the last IDOC does not show up in the
ConfigGUI. The workaround for this problem is to create another custom IDOC and name it in such a way (say starting with name"ZZ...") that alphabetically this new custom IDOC would appear later in the list.
