Resolution:
The problem can be caused by the fact that the agent send method is invoked right after the CreateObject in the same script which gives agent
insufficient time to initialize as a separate COM server process and results into an 'Event failed' error. We recommend in the 3.0 doc that CreateObject should be done at the application_start script as a global
object before invoking the send method in subsequent scripts attached to controls or applets.
In 3.1 we allow the agent construction/invocation/destruction within one script and the agent instance does not necessary have to be created as a global object in the application_start script.
