Resolution:
Confirm that the code was entered exactly as it appears in the email, making sure not to confuse the number 0 (zero) with the letter O. If you copied the code from your email and pasted into the registration screen, make sure that no additional spaces (i.e. white space) were selected when cutting. If Turbo XML continues to reject the code, please contact xmlsales@tibco.com.
