Resolution:
The error 'Connection to TIB/CR failed' is caused when the SAP Adapter cannot connect to the Repository.
In order to eliminate this...you need to run the 'initstartup' commend from the C:\tibco\adapter\ÊP_HOME[in directory.
This is referenced in Section 4 of the SAP Adapter guide - Migrating to a new Environment.
