Description
Resolution: In order for MB to access this schema, you first need to load the DTD file into the repository. To do this you should use a TIBCO Extensibility product called XML Authority. For further information on XML Authority, please refer to the TIBCO Extensibility section of our web site (www.tibco.com).
Once you have downloaded this product, here are the steps to follow to load your DTD file into the repository.
- Start XML Authority - from program --> XML Authority2.0 --> XML Authority2.0 You will see a window "Welcome to XML Authority" - If you already have a DTD file then click "Open an existing schema". If you don't have a DTD file than you can create a new schema by clicking "Create a new Schema" - Once you click on "Open an existing schema", a small window will pop up "Open schema", Choose your DTD file and click open. - You will see that it has opened the DTD file and has a slide with all your tags, like a Organizational chart. - To load this DTD file to the Repository, Click "File --> Save to" - You will see a small window "Save to URL" will pop up. - click the Tab name "TIBCO" - It has the instance name, user name and Password. - This field will default to the last instance name and the user name which was used. - No need to change or add anything (like password) it is optional. - Click the button with says Connect (Make sure the instance name which is used here is not locked). You will be taken to the next screen. - You will have to enter a name by which you want the schema to be saved as. - click Save.
Now this schema is saved in your repository. You can verify this by opening a MB transform in the same instance as you mentioned in XML Authority. Insert Mapper, and add a schema, under AE it will be a folder dtd under that you will see your schema.
