Resolution:
This indicates a corrupted IM data manager store (typically the <BC>/bin/db directory). Possible reason may be insufficient disk space when the engine attempted to write to the store.
To recover from this situation, delete the data manager directory and restart the BC server. Any checkpointed jobs will be lost when the data manager directory is deleted.
