Resolution:
The current release of TIBCO Enterprise Message Service doesn’t provide a GUI. However, a textual interactive UI is provided for administration.

Also, TIBCO Administrator 5.1.2+ can be used to administer TIBCO EMS. Please refer to "TIBCO Enterprise Message Service Plug-in" section in TIBCO Administrator User's Guide for more information.
