Resolution:
You need to use the ADB config utility to set up DQ for Request/Reply only. There is no DQ set up available for publisher/subscriber in ADB.
To use DQ with ADB you have to configure multiple agents for request/reply with same "Queue" name.
Please follow the steps below for N agents (different names) to be run in DQ for request/reply
1) Run the adbconfig tool with an ini file.
2) Choose option 11.
3) Quality of Service should be "q" (distributed queue)
4) Specify the same queue name (for all agents)
Note: ADB4.0 will have CMQ for subscriber.
