I installed BC with a separate DMZ component. The synchronous requests from external sites reach the internal BusinessConnect server but the responses don't seem to get back to the DMZ server. What could be the problem?

Resolution:
Make sure your RVRD instances both on the DMZ and the internal subnets are configured so that the "Local Network Name" property is globally unique. Refer to the RV documentation for additional details on configuring the routing daemons.
